Powers/Abilities: It was a demon from Nightmare's realm with unknown abilities. It could talk, leap several feet in one swoop and was not afraid to bite or scratch a stone statue. It probably wasn't too smart.

History:
(Incredible Hulk II#298) - Groot sat on Nightmare's shoulder and punched another minor demon off of Nightmare's arm while Nightmare introduced himself to...us?. He followed Nightmare down some steps past some suffering dream images to a statue of Doctor Strange, which Nightmare had created. Groot attacked the statue, but Nightmare had subconsciously imbued the statue with powers similar to Doctor Strange. While Groot slashed at the statue, the statue's Eye of Agamotto opened and Groot was slain by a light beam. For a second Nightmare bemoaned the passing of another toad and blamed Doctor Strange for it.
