Powers/Abilities: "Giant Spider-Man" presumably had the same powers as Spider-Man of Earth-616, including superhuman strength, agility, the ability to cling to solid surfaces and a danger-warning Spider-Sense. Also, it may also be possible that he has the ability to alter his size at will though he never displayed any superhuman powers other than being at giant size.

History: (Web-Warriors I#9 (fb) - BTS) - After the reality-hopping Web-Warriors became lost in the Multiverse and the Web of Life and Destiny tangled, Earth-001's Master Weaver and Earth-1104's Octavia Otto explored the tangled web to assemble a new team to help find the Web-Warriors and stop the Multiversal Electroverse from escaping their imprisonment on Earth-803. "Giant Spider-Man" was one which they recruited.

(Web-Warriors I#9) - "Giant Spider-Man" and the rest of Octavia's army traveled to Earth-982 to recruit Ben Parker of Earth-3145.

(Web-Warriors I#11) - After rescuing the Web-Warriors, "Giant Spider-Man" and the army traveled to Earth-803 and fought against the Electroverse.

This character was never identified as either Spider-Man or Giant Man (and hence, Peter Parker or Henry Pym) so I dubbed him "Giant Spider-Man" as a combination of both.

"Giant Spider-Man" physical stats are difficult  to estimate because he stands several times the size and height of several of the neighboring normal-heighted Spider-Men.
Not to mention that it's fully possible he has the ability to change his size, making his height and weight variable. Additionally, his eye and hair color were impossible to determine, as he was never seen without his mask covering his face. --Proto-Man

The origin of "Giant Spider-Man"'s powers were never explained though it is presumed that he is a human mutate.
