History:
(Marvel Boy I#1/2 (fb) - BTS) - In the year 2769, the world had been at war for 800 years and had divided into two major warring factions: the United Allies and the Red Asiatic League. With no hope that the war would ever end, Dr. Caldwell, a scientist working with the Allies, devised a plan. He created a new metal that could not be destroyed by any means and shaped it into a rocket ship, then he proposed a plan to send it to the Red Asiatic League, knowing it would drive them into a panic.

(Marvel Boy I#1/2) - Dr. Caldwell met with the President of the United Allies and his advisory council in the ruins of Greater New York and he presented his plan. Though the president didn't see how it might work, Dr. Caldwell asked for his trust, and the president reluctantly agreed. The metal missile was sent overseas where it landed and stayed there, unmoving. The Red Asiatic League did everything they could think of to destroy it but found that they couldn't, and they didn't dare move it for fear it would trigger the bomb somehow. Feeling they had no choice, the Red Asiatic League surrendered, ending the war and allowing humans to move into a new age of peace and prosperity. Dr. Caldwell gave a speech about how panic is the greatest weapon of all.
