History:
(New Mutants I#69 (fb) - BTS) - Admiral Dupen'th was secretly a member of the Webb, an organization ran by the slave trader Spyder, to whom Dupen'th directly reported to.

(New Mutants I#68 - BTS) - When the New Mutants' space-yacht approached the spaceport housing the captive Lila Cheney, one of Admiral Dupen'th's officers in spaceport demanded they show papers showing the mutants' registration and clearance to land. Mirage used her abilities to conjure up exactly what the officer desired but it turned out to be a bribe, just as Admiral Dupen'th was nearing the officer. Appearing on the video screen in front of the New Mutants, Admiral Dupen'th became angry with the spaceport officer, announcing that the punishment for taking a bribe was immediate execution. He then ordered the Police Craft Alpha to lock onto the New Mutants and fire.

(New Mutants I#69) - Accusing the New Mutants of attempting to bribe their way into a landing authorization, Admiral Dupen'th, from the planet below, repeated the punishment for the crime of bribery and his order to fire on the New Mutants' space-yacht. He then began counting down until the Police Craft Alpha fired on the New Mutants and right as he muttered "1," the slave trader Spyder halted the countdown and informed Dupen'th that the New Mutants' space-yacht carried cargo belonging to him. Spyder then informed Dupen'th that the New Mutants' authorization came from him and Dupen'th assured Spyder he would see the correction of action personally. Dupen'th then reached out to Police Craft Alpha and claimed the confusion regarding the New Mutants' clearance had been eliminated and that their landing was now authorized. Dupen'th apologized to the New Mutants and towed the space-yacht down to the planet using a tractor beam.

Admiral Dupen'th's eye color was impossible to determine, as the lighting in his appearances constantly had him in a yellow light from his computer screen (see images above).
