(X-Men II#99 - BTS) - The Spiritclan, like other Neo lived a peaceful, secluded life away from mankind and mutants. They were forced to take a more active role when many Neo inadvertently died during the brief period in which the High Evolutionary, influenced by Mr. Sinister, took away their powers when he switched off the X-gene in all of Earth's mutants.
(X-Men: Giant-Size#1 - BTS) - The Spiritclan made their home in a hidden city in Southeast Asia.
(X-Men: Giant-Size#1 - BTS) - Because most Neo lost their powers after M-Day, no live Neo was born for over a year. When new mutants began surfacing, the Guardian Clan invaded Utopia to learn how mutants restarted their race, but the enigmatic Evolutionaries apparently disintegrated them and all other Neo worldwide to protect mutantkind. Thus disintegrating the Spiritclan as well.
Comments: Created by Christopher Yost (writer), Paco Medina (pencils), Juan Vlasco (inks).
We virtually know nothing about the Spiritclan as they were only mentioned in one panel ever, the same goes for the Mindclan. The Neo had split into different branches even before the High Evolutionary briefly depowered them, therefore the Spiritclan might already have lived in Southeast Asia instead of the other hidden cities in South America and Alaska.
The Neo received a profile in the X-Men - Earth's Mutant Heroes (2011). The Neo were a society of Homo sapiens superior, an evolutionary offshoot of humanity born with the mutant X-gene, which gave them superhuman abilities. The Neo lived in seclusion for many generations and believed they were superior to humans and other mutants.
