History:
(X-Men: Gold II#1 - BTS) - Alex Sandstrom worked at the city register of the Mayor's office in New York City.
(X-Men: Gold II#1 (fb) - BTS) - After the mayor agreed the X-Men could relocate their school to Central Park in Manhattan it was Sandstrom's duty to inform the X-Men of the lease payments.
(X-Men: Gold II#1) - Sandstrom went to the Xavier Institute for Mutant Education and Outreach in Central Park looking for Kitty Pryde. He found the school's headmistress in the company of Logan as the duo sat on the bleachers, watching a baseball game. Sandstrom introduced himself and handed Pryde an invoice which detailed the bill for lease payments and taxes the school had to pay of eighteen million dollars. Noticing Pryde was shocked by the numbers he noted Central Park was arguably the most valuable residential real estate in the entire world.
