Powers/Abilities: Part of a race of living shadows that appear only when they want to, Ru'ach can "empathically [sense] the secrets of those around him." A master manipulator, Ru'ach seeks to manipulate his victims into trusting him, then he uses lies, perception, and manipulation to convince his targets to do as he desires. Ru'ach can avoid detection from almost any living being, including those with super-senses like Silver Surfer and Daredevil. Ru'ach presumably has access to intergalactic transportation.

History:
(Daredevil III#30 (fb) - BTS) - A member of the Achian race, Ru'ach had a reputation on countless worlds of being a master manipulator. He evaded capture by the Silver Surfer and headed to Earth.
(Daredevil III#30) - In the law offices of Matt Murdock, Ru'ach sensed his secrets. Appealing to Matt's ego by reminding him of a speech Matt once gave on extraterrestrial rights, Ru'ach revealed he knew Matt was Daredevil, and he asked to be taken to the Avengers to discuss justice for his race, the Achians. Silver Surfer arrived in the office and Ru'ach fled to the company of Tony Stark, where he was demanding an appointment with Stark, saying Odin had sent him. Daredevil and Silver Surfer caught up with him and Ru'ach tried to flee again, but Daredevil managed to snare him with his billy club. As Ru'ach lied to Daredevil, saying Kirsten McDuffie would never love him, Silver Surfer knocked Ru'ach out and returned him to space.
