History:
(Daredevil I#503 (fb) - BTS) - Corrupt police officer Todd Mosley took an offer from criminals to deliver a bus full of inmates to freedom. He made a deal to share the payday with another guard.
(Daredevil I#503) - Mosely let the bus of criminals free to his handlers, who were working for the Hood. They paid Mosley, then hit him over the head to make it look like the prisoners escaped. Mosley was shocked when they then killed the other guard, slashing his throat, making Mosley complicit in the crime, ensuring he would remain silent.
