History:
(Daredevil I#380) - Realizing that tension in the Middle East represented good business opportunities, Miss Portal was sent in by her employers to form a working relationship with the Kingpin. When Portal stated that her employers were prepared to handsomely pay, Kingpin instead told her that he required military weapons off of a Russian ship, the Prophecy.
(Daredevil I#380 (fb) - BTS) - Portal helped Fisk get the weapons off of the Prophecy, then the ship blew up in a massive explosion at the Kingpin's hand. Kingpin framed a man, Parlan Farhoody, for the crime.
(Daredevil I#380) - Days later, Portal nervously checked in with Fisk at his spice warehouse.
(Daredevil I#380 - BTS) - When Farhoody was found innocent, and Kingpin responsible for over two dozen deaths, Portal's employers told her to back out of the deal and seek financial compensation.
