History:
(Daredevil I#303 (fb) - BTS) - After the fall of the Kingpin, criminal Pete London heard about the Owl making a play for territory, dealing with drug dealers like Nino Cortese. London grew concerned and contacted Daredevil about taking down the Owl. London then apprehended Cortese and strung him up alive to a gas station ceiling, questioning him there.

(Daredevil I#303) - London, flanked by his men, got his employees Babe and Tony to back off a fight with Daredevil when the hero arrived. London then showed Daredevil the strung-up Cortese, and they put a plan in place to take down the Owl. Cortese was released to arrange a drug deal with the Die Hards gang (including Julie) so that Owl would attack. Daredevil later defeated the Owl.

(Daredevil I#313) - London aided Daredevil in questioning criminal Charley Garzon about a recent arson case. Garzon was held on his hood while an engine block was suspended over his head until he talked.

(Daredevil I#315 - BTS) - Looking for a culprit, Daredevil listened into Pete London on the street.

(Daredevil I#317 (fb) - BTS) - London heard about an old contact, Slick Jimmy, getting out of jail. Knowing that Jimmy had a stash of grease worth $500,000 dollars. London sent Meatball and Hacker to trail him.

(Daredevil I#317) - London watched Meatball and Hacker trail Jimmy in the park. When a runaway horse hit Jimmy, London rushed forward to hold his old ally. As Jimmy died, he revealed the grease was still hidden, letting all who were nearby overhear, including Meatball and Hacker, the Wild Boys, Stilt-Man, Taskmaster, and Tatterdemalion. Daredevil arrived to call the authorities for Jimmy. Meatball and Hacker later joined London for dinner at a private restaurant to discuss the potential location of the grease. Their chef revealed himself as Taskmaster and attacked, but Daredevil busted in to fight off Taskmaster. Soon, Stilt-Man, Tatterdemalion, and the Wild Boys joined the fight.

(Daredevil I#318) - London, Meatball, and Hacker cowered as the fight between the super-powered vigilantes continued. London and his men were arrested, but they were soon out and decided to work with the other criminals in finding the grease. London realized that Jimmy had hidden the grease containers within the New York State Pavilion. The criminals rushed over and found barrels of grease behind a wall. Daredevil and Tatterdemalion showed up and the villains rushed to attack the hero, wanting the grease for themselves. During the fight, the grease barrels toppled, coating everyone there.

(Daredevil I#380 – BTS) – Carmine and Frankie killed one of Pete London's allies, Smash-Nose Joey, at London's order.
