(Daredevil I#360) - Detective Danny Levin came across a fight between Daredevil and the Absorbing Man and drew his gun. He fired at Absorbing Man, who simply turned into the consistency of wallpaper to avoid being hurt, then Creel shifted to metal form, then fire, then diamond before Daredevil used Levin's gun to break Creel into pieces. Creel was soon arrested in power restraints.

(Daredevil I#364) – Levin showed up at the apartment of Foggy Nelson to arrest a stalker that had broken into Foggy's home armed before Foggy assaulted the man and disarmed him. Levin advised Foggy to leave the super-heroics to the police and Daredevil.
