History:
(Tales to Astonish I#47/3 - BTS) - The warlike Klangians having perfected the art of war, built up their arsenal by creating weapons so powerful that a single ship had the firepower to destroy whole planets and even their simplest pistols had the destructive capabilities of an atom bomb.

(Tales to Astonish I#47/3 - BTS) - Satisfied with his planets ability to conquer and wage war in the universe, the Klangian warlord Ba-korr set his forces upon untold solar systems and created a vast empire.

(Tales to Astonish I#47/3) - When his scientists discovered the planet Earth was rich in gold and other minerals, Ba-Korr sent his greatest warrior Sagar to scout the planet prior to invasion. If he failed to contact the Klang home world in 48 hours, the mission would be deemed a failure and Earth would not be invaded. Sagar landed his ship on Earth but it landed in a quicksand bog and sunk. Unable to contact the planet Klang, his mission being a total failure, the dishonored warrior walked into the quicksand to die.

(Tales to Astonish I#47/3) - Having lost contact with Sagar with no communication within the 48 hours of allotted time, Ba-Korr cancelled all plans to invade Earth fearing the humans possessed a powerful weapon able to beat their warriors. He then struck Earth off his list of worlds to conquer, the only planet to ever have done so in Klangian history.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Klangians, Warlord Ba-Kor or Sagar have no known connections to

Klang

The planet Klang possessed a ring of dust or other materials that surrounded the planet much like that of Saturn. There was a large moon and the planet had both large landmasses and oceans. The planet was likely larger than Earth with a stronger gravity hence their super strength. Sagar claimed to have conquered whole solar systems single-handedly. Either this was exaggeration on his part or the worlds he conquered were extremely weak and lacked any form of defense or advanced technology.

Sagar

Considered to be Klang's greatest warrior, He was sent to scout the planet Earth for possible invasion. Sagar landed his ship on Earth, but it landed in a quicksand bog and sunk. Unable to contact the planet Klang, his mission being a total failure, the dishonored warrior walked into the quicksand to die.
