History: (Marvel Two-in-One I#71 (fb) –
BTS) – Dr. Henry Croft, a human mutated into one of the amphibious Hydro-Men
(and having a physical appearance much
like the Inhuman Triton) by Terrigen Mists, was brought to
Attilan for treatment and Budan (a technician) was among the Inhumans who
were assigned to tend to him, along with Nadar.
(Marvel Two-in-One I#71) – Mr. Fantastic and the Thing
arrived to help with Croft. While they worked, a large machine nearly fell
on Budan and the others, but Thing stopped it. In short time, Richards
helped Budan and the others to create an "anti-Terrigen" compound, which
      soon returned Croft to human.
