History:

(X-Men Annual I#12/2 - BTS) - Mojo was greatly troubled when the X-Men seemingly perished at the hands of the Adversary. He feared that without them, his ratings would drop. In an attempt to prevent this, Mojo organized a cattle call for a new team of X-Men during which all kind of variations on the mutant team came to audition.

(X-Men Annual I#12/2) - Mojo deemed all of the X-Men variants unworthy until a group of X-Babies appeared. Mojo instantly loved them and ordered his Trademark Police to brand the tiny X-Babies. After all, without a proper TM anybody could use them without paying a dime in licensing fees. Armed with their branding irons, the Trademark Police fought Shower, Colossusus and Havok while Wolvie and Psychild freed their friend and ally Ricochet Rita. The X-Babies and Rita escaped.

(Excalibur: Mojo Mayhem) - Mojo sent the full force of his Trademark Police and other warriors after Rita and the X-Babies. Following them through the streets of Mojoworld, they ordered the unregistered character concepts to stand and be exploited. Unable to keep up with the quick X-Babies, Mojo's warrior Tracker-Tiger took the lead but was also unable to catch them. The Trademark Police finally managed to corner the X-Babies, but they then decided to seek refuge in an odd building the Police knew as the Forbidden Zone. Afraid to deal with Mojo, the Trademark Police decided to follow the X-Babies in anyway, but failed to capture them because they teleported to Earth-616 after which the building collapsed on top of the Trademark Police.

(Marvel Comics Presents I#119/4) - During a parade celebrating Mojo's rulership, the newly created Agent arrived, having just signed Earth-616's Wonder Man, who showed up with his agent Neal in tow. Major and Minor Domo immediately ordered the Trademark Police to brand Wonder Man, but they were unable to since the hero had already been signed with Marvel Comics. This news thoroughly upset Mojo who was less than pleased with the fact his newly created Agent had already screwed up by signing a licensed property.
