History: (Loki: Agent of Asgard#8 (fb) ) - Ever since she was a
little girl, the woman who would become Throwdown wanted to be a
juggling-themed super villain.
(Loki: Agent of Asgard#8) - Taken on as a provisional member of the Death-Throws, Throwdown, despite being extremely nervous, joined the team in robbing the Big Top Casino in Las Vegas. She introduced the team to the casino's patrons, and was complimented on her showmanship by Ringleader. When Loki (currently uncharacteristically heroic, thanks to a faulty magic spell) intervened, he tossed one of Bombshell's bombs at Throwdown, causing her to panic and take out Tenpin with her flailing stilts. The bomb bounced off her head harmlessly, however, as Loki had taken the fuse out. He quickly defeated the rest of her teammates.
SECRET WARS III HAPPENED
(Avengers Inc.#3) - Throwdown was present when the Death-Throws learned of Oddball's death and listened to the suggestions of Ringleader and Bombshell to investigate the murder.

I hope, despite her audition going somewhat poorly, that
Throwdown made it on the team. I dig seeing new characters get added to
vintage villain teams like the Death-Throws.
