History:

(Spidey Super Stories#27/5) - Loki arrived at Peter Parker's high school, selecting it as a random target, and began causing mayhem by setting a main building on fire. Thor, in pursuit of his trouble-making brother, challenged Loki on the burning building's roof. Loki stopped Thor's hammer and wrestled with Thor, distracting him long enough for the hammer's Thor-granting power to end after 60 seconds, resulting in Thor changing to the hapless Dr. Donald Blake. Blake was easily punched out by Loki. Parker saw the chaos and changed into Spider-Man to stop Loki, but the villain fired dangerous mystical bolts at him. Spider-Man's distraction helped Blake recover and he reactivated the Thor enchantment, transforming again into the powerful thunder god, summoning rain to quench the fire. Spider-Man webbed up Loki and Thor then carried the mischievous god "home" (presumably Asgard).

Comments: Created by Dwight Jon Zimmerman (writer), Win Mortimer (pencils), Mike Esposito (inks).

Height and weight stats are taken from the Earth-616 version, as they look very much alike.

Loki likely had additional powers similar to his Earth-616 counterpart, but I've kept it to what was revealed in the story.

It should be noted that Asgard is not mentioned, but it's clear that Thor and Loki belong to a different race than humans when the two bicker, so it's not much of an assumption to go with Asgard.
