History:
(Avengers I#200 (fb) - BTS) - Longing for adventure,
Marjorie Hansley entered a publishing company sweepstakes because the
grand prize was an all-expense paid trip around the world. She waited
for three weeks to find out if she'd won anything.
(Avengers I#200 - BTS) - Early one morning, even as
Hansley was busy in her Nassau County home, the "birth" of Limbo native
Marcus Immortus started to warp the laws of time and space.
(Avengers I#200) - As Hansley was making her daily trek to the family
mailbox, she already spotted a big, brown envelope from the publishing
company. Figuring she'd won the sweepstakes, her mind already drifted to
all the strange, exotic places she would soon visit. When she turned
around to head back in, she found that her almost paid for suburban home
had turned into a prehistoric swamp full of dinosaurs. Marjorie was so
shocked, she fell unconscious next to her mailbox even as the reptiles
slowly moved in (see comments).

During his Avengers days, David Michelinie
tended to name seemingly random bit players and bystanders. A cute,
innocent touch and if nothing else, it makes them seem more real. It's
not been revealed whatever became of Marjorie Hansley. While everyone
eventually returned to their proper time period, their actions while in
our time weren't undone. In other words, if the dinosaurs had eaten
Marjorie, she'd still be dead.
