Powers/Abilities: Both Cloak and Dagger were adequate mystics with extensive mystic knowledge. For example, Cloak had been known to cast a spell to open dimensional portals while Dagger had been known to emanate light. Over time, their skills likely increased due to the mentorship of Dr. Strange but any other spells they had cast were unrevealed. In battle, Cloak wore a cloak composed of living darkness which he could presumably manipulate for varying effects. Dagger's body housed a living mystical light that she could use to cover her entire body and presumably for varying other effects such as light projection.

History: (Marvel Knights Millennial Visions 2001 - "Blinded by the Light" (fb) - BTS) - Blind from birth, Alicia Masters took to studying mysticism in hopes of magically restoring her sight. As Alicia studied, voodoo priest Jericho Drumm dabbled in black magic despite warnings from his elders. During one such experiment, Drumm stepped into the darkness of the Negative Zone, only to find himself trapped there for two decades. Eventually noticing a sliver of light, Drumm followed it and found himself drawn to Alicia Masters. Emerging back on Earth, Drumm accidentally unleashed a living darkness as well as a slew of Negative Zone creatures. Drumm's return to Earth also shifted living light onto Alicia, who could see for the first time in her life, though the sudden light felt like daggers in her eyes. Harnessing the living darkness into a cloak he wore as a symbol, Drumm became Cloak while Alicia used her newfound power to become the heroic Dagger, her peaceful nature neutralizing Cloak's often-violent nature.

(Marvel Knights Millennial Visions 2001 - "Blinded by the Light") - Together with their mentor, Dr. Strange, Cloak and Dagger traversed the multiverse, seeking to recapture the escaped Negative Zone creatures as well as hunting demons, spirits and dark sorcerers.

I find it interesting that this Cloak & Dagger explore the multiverse with their reality's Dr. Strange. It's a wonder they haven't shown up somewhere else or even on Earth-616.

One can only presume that Cloak & Dagger had the same physical height/weight that their Earth-616 counterparts, Brother Voodoo & Alicia Masters, possessed.
