When Jean-Luc's adopted son Gambit and his ally Rogue learned Jean-Luc's location, Marius and Julien noticed their boat incoming and Julien blew it up with a bazooka, allowing Gambit and Rogue to infiltrate the Boudreaux's stronghold in the diversion. When Gambit freed Jean-Luc from his guards, Marius and Julien barred the exit but Rogue came from behind and knocked out both with a touch. They were then quickly beaten by Gambit, Rogue and the arriving X-Men, completely freeing Jean-Luc Lebeau.
