History: (X-Men Millennial Visions -
"Remnants" (fb) - BTS) - The mutant-hunting Sentinels decided to wipe
out humanity to prevent future mutant births. Captain America led the
Avengers and other heroes including X-Force in attacking the Sentinels'
Adirondack Base, only to perish in the attempt, leaving X-Force's
Meltdown as the only survivor when Thor died saving her life. The X-Man
Colossus subsequently lost his wife Rogue.
(X-Men Millennial Visions -
"Remnants") - The three remnants of Professor Xavier's dream, Colossus
of the X-Men, Meltdown of X-Force and Chamber of Generation X banded
together to battle the Sentinels, devising a plan to have Chamber
delivered into the Sentinel base, where he would sacrifice himself by
unleashing his full power on the Sentinels. Knowing that they were the
world's last hope, the surviving three X-Men stormed the Sentinel base
to get Chamber inside.
