Powers/Abilities: Atom-Smasher could generate and project radiation for a variety of effects. He could presumably amplify his powers vastly by temporarily transforming into pure energy. In human form, he had the same vulnerabilities as a normal human. He presumably wore a suit which allowed him to utilize his radiation powers without killing himself.

History:
(Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z TPB#1 - Appendix) - An unidentified man, possibly an employee of one of the English brothers utilizing their technology, became the new Atom Smasher.
(Invaders Now!#1) - Atom Smasher robbed an armored car, but was surrounded by the police. He threatened to turn Manhattan into a nother Chernobyl with his powers, but Captain America (Barnes) and Toro arrived to help. Captain America hit Atom Smasher in the head with his shield, then kicked him into the armored car, which Toro sealed up with concrete welded to the car. Captain America then called the Avengers to find a permanent solution before Atom Smasher suffocated inside the armored car.

Some sources online assumed this was Kevin Leonardo, but the unidentified Atom Smasher had more similarities to Ronald and Michael English, who were both dead. It seemed obvious that he was a guy with access to the Nucleonic Radiator, which had been destroyed at this point as well. This left the handbooks with the assumption that he was a former employee of one of the English brothers.
