Powers/Abilities: Agent Sikes had no superhuman powers but carried standard SHIELD firearms and had SHIELD combat training. He also commanded a small squad of his own SHIELD agents and carried a portable communication device that allowed him to contact SHIELD Command as needed.

History: (Heroes for Hire II#3) - After Paladin turned on the other Heroes for Hire and took down Captain America, SHIELD Agent Sikes was called in with a SHIELD squad to capture Captain America. Once outside, Agent Sikes reported back to Command that they had acquired Captain America and was given the all clear from Command to bring Cap in. Entering his SHIELD vehicle, Agent Sikes ordered another agent to contact Iron Man and shortly after, Agent Sikes reported to Iron Man of Captain America's capture. Iron Man had Agent Sikes unmask Captain America and soon learned that it was Paladin under the mask instead of Steve Rogers.
