Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Eternal Flame of Pama was fueled by time paradoxes themselves, consuming any sort of time paradoxical being or object that was placed within its fires. The Flame also had scrying abilities, as others could look through the Flame and see events occurring within the timestream. When showing temporal events, the Eternal Flame also acted a portal to whatever time period it was showing, allowing others to pass through it and back from whatever time period was being shown. Anything passing through the Eternal Flame with a paradoxical nature had their paradoxes corrected and the Flame could restore whatever portion of history that had caused the paradox in the first place.

History: (Avengers VI#3) - After rescuing Earth-616's Wasp and the infant Nathaniel Richards of Earth-6311, the 26th Earth-17383 Priests of Pama recounted their origins to Wasp and led her to the Eternal Flame of Pama, which was fueled by impossible time paradoxes. Suggesting Wasp surrender the infant Nathaniel Richards to them to sacrifice to the Eternal Flame and thereby eliminate the paradox of Nathaniel's future counterpart Kang from existence, the Priests were shocked when Wasp instead flew into the Eternal Flame, emerging in another time to rescue the Avengers, who had become living paradoxes after the prime Kang had murdered them as a children. Pulling the Avengers back through the Eternal Flame, the Avengers' paradoxical natures were reversed and their histories were restored as the prime Kang and Scarlet Centurion followed back through the Eternal Flame, only to find themselves fed upon by the time-eating Priests of Pama.
