Powers/Abilities: Raymond Sadetsky was a qualified dental surgeon and expert on dental laser drills. He had a high level of technical skills, developing an experimental high-powered laser drill.

History:

(Exclusive Collectors' Edition: Spider-Man (fb) - BTS) - Dr. Raymond Sadetsky developed a high-powered laser drill to help in dental procedures.

(Exclusive Collectors' Edition: Spider-Man) - Watched by Peter Parker, Sadetsky was inspecting Randy's teeth just as the Green Goblin smashed through the window in the tall building and carried the dentist away on his Goblin Glider. Almost dropping the dentist in the ensuing mid-air fight with Spider-Man, the Green Goblin returned to his lair in an abandoned subway station where he chained Sadetsky to a table to build a laser drill that the Green Goblin intended to use in robberies. The Green Goblin left, attacking and stealing rubies (likely for the drill) from Robert Bite's gem company. The Green Goblin returned to the dentist and demanded that the drill be completed by the next evening. Sadetsky was concerned that the drill would help destroy Spider-Man. While the Green Goblin was off stealing material for the drill, Sadetsky managed to break free, only to be caught again. The dentist later completed the large drill, which was mounted onto the Goblin Glider. Spider-Man found the lair but the ensuing battle caused part of the ceiling to fall on Sadetsky, knocking him out, but he later recovered at a hospital and was back at work the next day, tending to Randy. Parker left the surgery, later reappearing as Spider-Man outside the window. Sadetsky and Randy both waved at him.

This comic was "Free with the purchase of Aim [toothpaste]".

All "prominent characters"  are copyright Marvel Comics Group,  so maybe we'll see  more of  JJJ's  family. As it was, J. Jonah Jameson wanted to be Randy's "favorite uncle," suggesting Jameson had at least one sibling.

I'm not sure that this story can be accurately placed chronologically, so this Green Goblin may have been Harry Osborn or Dr. Bart Hamilton (possibly even Norman Osborn if this were an early adventure) - assuming this is Earth-616.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Raymond Sadetsky has no known connections to

Robert A. Bite

Robert Bite was the owner of a gem company that the Green Goblin attacked, stealing many rubies. Immediately after the theft, he accused Spider-Man of being in league with the Green Goblin for failing to apprehend the criminal.

Laser Drill

Dr. Sadetsky developed an experimental dental laser, powerful enough to punch through metal, including adamantium steel (alloy). It was on loan to the dental exhibit at the Coliseum. Dr. Sadetsky intended to deliver a lecture on the dental applications of the drill; however, the Green Goblin kidnapped the dentist and forced him to recreate it. The Green Goblin mounted it on his Goblin Glider to help him steal valuables from safes. It was later destroyed during the Green Goblin's battle with Spider-Man at the dental exhibition.

Randy

Randy

Randy was J. Jonah Jameson's nephew. Jameson pressed Peter Parker to look after Randy for the day, including taking him to the dentist, Dr. Sadetsky, who found many cavities in Randy's teeth. However, The Green Goblin smashed in and kidnapped Sadetsky in front of him. Later, Parker left Randy to pursue the Green Goblin, the boy soon seeing Spider-Man rescue bystanders at the Robert A. Bite Gem Company. Parker took Randy to a dental exhibit at the Coliseum, but then rushed the boy away to be taken care of by Aunt May. Later back at the Daily Bugle, he joined his uncle to find the Green Goblin at the same dental exhibit and laughed when he saw "Spidey" string Jameson up using webbing. The next day, he was taken back to the dentist by Parker, who again disappeared, passing by the window as Spider-Man.

Initially keen on  becoming a reporter, Randy later wanted to become an astronaut instead. (Oops. I hope he learned from his cousin's experiences.)
