Powers/Abilities: Ai Apaec possessed powers similar to his Earth-616 counterpart, including superhuman strength, speed, agility and durability. Being a half-spider, he could cling to solid surfaces and had heightened senses. He could generate and project webbing and his lower half possessed a poisonous bite that infected victims with its "Soul-Venom."

History: (Superior Spider-Man I#33/2) - Ai Apaec was attacked by the Inheritor Karn from Earth-001. Knowing who Karn was due to reverbs of the Great Web, Ai Apaec reminded Karn that he was not facing a mortal, but a god, before stabbing and poisoning Karn. Poisoned by Ai Apaec's Soul-Venom, Karn reminded Ai Apaec that the Inheritors had faced gods before and the Inheritors had survived. Karn then began absorbing Ai Apaec's essence, healing himself in the process. Leaving Ai Apaec a withered husk, Karn commented that Ai Apaec was fortunate that his pain was at an end.
