Powers/Abilities: The Vendor's powers are unknown, although they probably stemmed from his cybernetic limbs. He also knew how to make hot dogs. He apparently does not need to eat or drink to survive, having lived for an undisclosed amount of time immobilized in the Negative Zone.

History: (Sentry II#3 (fb)) - After the Vendor killed a large number of people (and made them into hot dogs, and possibly sold or ate them), the Sentry destroyed his robotic limbs and hurled him into the Negative Zone.

(Sentry II#3) - When the Sentry and his ally the Hulk much later returned to the Negative Zone in search of the General, they encountered the Vendor once more. The villain took the opportunity to mock the Sentry for his mental instability until the Hulk, annoyed, punched his head in.

Vendor is one of many brief flashback villains used to retroactively establish the Sentry's long superhero career.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the Vendor's cyborg attachments were probably all kinds of blades and tubes and other mildly ghoulish sausage-making apparati.
