Powers/Abilities: Ramon was an ultra with the ability to induce pleasure in by dancing with them, the effect being somewhat addictive.

History:

(Firearm#16 (fb) - BTS) - Undertaking a huge sweep of the USA, over 300 ultras were pinpointed for Mosely and marked for death, including Ramon. Hired by Mosely, Rafferty began formulating plans to kill these ultras, starting with the lesser ones first to hone his ultra-killing skills.

(Firearm#9) - Ramon was securing more students for his dance studio with the offer of the first lesson free, but one dance was enough to bring them back, the women agreeing that his moves were really quite addictive.

(Firearm#12) - One of the students arrived early with her male partner in the hope that he would join the dance studio too, but they walked in on Ramon's dead body on the dance floor, one more ultra slain by Rafferty.
