Enemies: Daredevil (Matt Murdock), Spider-Man (Ben Reilly)

Known Relatives: None

Aliases: None

Base of Operations: New York City

First Appearance: Daredevil I#354 (July, 1996)

Powers/Abilities: Shooter wore guns on his hands. On his right arm he wore a modified Browning .50-caliber machine gun with 575 armor piercing rounds per minute and on his left arm a wrist-mounted shotgun. He had big problems to hit fast moving objects. The strap with the glass on his right eye was likely used to improve his aiming (it didn't work).

History:

(Daredevil I#354) - He wanted to make a name for himself by taking out the man who gave the Kingpin so much trouble: Daredevil. He attacked him on a roof when Spider-Man was with Daredevil, but Daredevil radar sense saved them both from Shooter's first attack. Shooter then told them what he wanted to do and that it was none of Spider-Man business, but Spider-Man and Daredevil decided for Shooter that he should take out Spidey first because he fought Kingpin long before Daredevil did. Shooter did as the heroes told him, but Spider-Man was too fast for Shooter and jumped behind a brick wall before the villain could hit him once with his modified Browning. Shooter felt bad because Spider-Man was too fast for him and Daredevil did the right thing and built up Shooter's self-confidence (the heroes didn't take Shooter too seriously). Shooter then used his shotgun and blew away the brick wall. At this moment Spider-Man asked DD why he was just standing around instead of helping him. Shooter realized the truth behind Spidey's words and tried to shoot DD, who was still standing next to him, but DD just jumped over his head before he could be hit. Daredevil then made a few flips and joined Spidey behind another brick wall without getting hit by Shooter. There DD explained to Spidey that he needed Spidey to find out Shooter's limitations, but that his plan didn't work when Shooter thought for himself for a second. DD left hiding and ran past Shooter, who used his shotgun to blow up the roof beneath DD's feet. Shooter was ready to kill DD, but Spider-Man distracted him again and told him that his bosses would probably be more impressed if he killed a more lively opponent like him instead of the defenseless DD. Shooter decided to kill both at the same time, but both heroes avoided his shots and Shooter blew a hole into the water tower Spidey was sitting on and was knocked out by the water. DD took the unconscious Shooter on his arm and carried him away while talking to Spidey.
