History:   (Alpha Flight I#40 - BTS) - When Atlantis was conquered by the barbarian Attuma, many Atlanteans departed their home to establish the colony of Deluvia, ruled by Namor the Sub-Mariner and his queen Marrina.

(Avengers I#282) - As Neptune caused seaquakes throughout Deluvia while kidnapping the Sub-Mariner, a piece of rubble fell on top of a nearby Atlantean. Shem was horrified, but Namor calmed Shem, saved the Atlantean, and asked Shem how the Atlantean was. Shem reported that the Atlantean had some broken ribs, but that he would live. Neptune succeeded in capturing Namor, and stole him away to the realm of Hades.

(Avengers I#285 - BTS) - When Namor finally returned to Earth, Marrina revealed to him that the citizens of Deluvia had lost faith in him because of the sight of Neptune capturing him, and they had all returned to Atlantis.
