History:

(Daredevil: The Target#1 (fb) – BTS) – Roger arranged various hits for Bullseye over the years. He frequently spied on a hot woman in a neighboring building through his telescope, shocked when she became a single mother.

(Daredevil: The Target#1) – Roger greeted a group of Arab men who sought to hire Bullseye, explaining to them that he loved America and showing them the woman and her baby through the telescope to prove it. Bullseye soon arrived and accepted the target for twenty million. As requested by the Arabs, he killed the woman in the neighboring building by tossing a toothpick to demonstrate his powers, much to Roger’s chagrin.
