(Daredevil II#64 (fb) - BTS) - A specially trained SHIELD-Ops agent, Quinn hooked up with a network of dirty agents and earned a name for himself with stolen weaponry.

(Daredevil II#63 (fb) - BTS) - The director hired a high-profile assassin named Quinn to take down Black Widow and ordered her to be killed in what would be reported as a gangland slaying. He provided Quinn with a file on Daredevil and a device that would disable Daredevil's powers. Quinn was thrilled to take on his first super heroes. Having taken an online writing course, he decided to record the events as he went and later write a book about himself.

(Daredevil II#62 - BTS/Daredevil II#63) - From a rooftop two blocks away from where Matt Murdock and Natasha Romanova (civilian identities of the heroes) were eating lunch, Quinn set up and prepared his guns. When it seemed Murdock made him, Quinn opened fire on the crowd, wounding several civilians. As he recorded the events, he noticed Murdock and Romanova were gone, then Daredevil leapt on the roof. Quinn was shocked an impressed, and managed to catch Daredevil's billy club out of midair. While shaking off blows from Daredevil, Quinn denied knowing Jigsaw and managed to get the device out that would disable Daredevil's powers. He bragged to himself and wanted to unmask Daredevil as Romanova attacked. He fired at her as she advanced, and the bullet hit her in the shoulder even as she kicked him and got a wire around his neck. The wire broke and he tossed her off the roof by her hair. He ran, firing on her as he escaped, though he stopped to unmask Daredevil first, confirming that he was Murdock.

(Daredevil II#64) - Quinn pursued Murdock for 39 hours, noting that Romanova was still at his side. Posting himself seven blocks away this time and hoping he could make the shot, Quinn kept recording as he lined up Murdock in his sights. He was shocked when Fury and other agents hit him with a neural dart and arrested him. He demanded that Quinn reveal his source, and Quinn did so.
