History:

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#1 (fb) - BTS) - Hector Nino ran a gang in New York City that demanded protection fees from local businesses, like Bastelli's Diner. When some of Hector's men got fresh with Mary Bastelli, Martin Bastelli and his father tried stopping them, so Hector and his men beat the Bastellis up.

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#1) - While Hector and his men played pool at Sticks, Punisher entered and told them it was time to pay for their crimes before shooting them all dead.
