History:

(Iron Man IV#20 (fb) - BTS) - Agent Lindsay of SHIELD served for years with Thunderbolt Ross on the Hulkbusters team, charged with taking down the Hulk.

(Iron Man IV#19) - When the Hulk (Bruce Banner) led a group of aliens in an attack on New York that specifically targeted SHIELD director Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, Agent Fletcher notified Stark. Agent Lindsay and Tim "Dum-Dum" Dugan argued whether Stark should try and handle the situation himself. Lindsay told Dugan that many SHIELD agents, himself included, felt that Dugan should have taken charge after Nick Fury left. Stark was soon defeated by Hulk.

(Iron Man IV#20) - The Helicarrier opened attack on the Hulk, who easily batted their artillery out of the air. Lindsay yelled at Dugan, saying they should be using more weapons, but Dugan, now acting commander, disagreed. Dugan was able to talk the Hulk away when he landed on the ship. Dugan then called Lindsay and Clay Quartermain, who'd also once been a Hulkbuster, to ask their advice on how to handle the Hulk. Lindsay advised, given the Hulk's current level of rage and strength and given that the esper unit couldn't read his mind, that they take no action at this time. Quartermain disagreed, thinking they should use force. Dugan listened to both ideas, then retired to think things over.
