He can use this power to create stasis fields, fly, fire energy blasts, and hold others immobile. The full extent of his abilities is unrevealed, but likely depends upon those whose energy he contains. For a time, Krosakis possessed the Uni-Power, able to tap into the vast resources of strength and increase his own abilities. He also briefly possessed the power of Gladiator (Kallark). Krosakis had a large ship hidden in a hollowed-out rock formation and a crew to serve him.

History:

(Captain Universe/Silver Surfer#1 (fb) - BTS) - A being of unknown origins, Krosakis somehow developed (or inherently possesses) the ability to drain power from other beings. He used his power to capture beings, draining their life force and keeping these beings contained in an energy field that remained up as long as he controlled the power. He also forced others to serve him in piloting his ship, threatening to drain their powers if they didn't. He traveled the universe in his ship, which was hidden in a hollowed-out stone formation.

(Captain Universe/Invisible Woman#1 - BTS) - Krosakis used a tractor beam to pull Gladiator (Kallark) and the spherical Uni-Power aboard his ship.

(Captain Universe/Silver Surfer#1 (fb) - BTS) - He drained Gladiator's power, impressed by its vastness, and put him with the other prisoners. He instructed his servants to investigate the Uni-Power, wondering what it was.

(Captain Universe/Silver Surfer#1) - Krosakis learned from his crew the nature of the Uni-Power and that it was a form of cosmic energy. He commended the researcher who discovered this information, then after taunting the captive Gladiator, drew the Uni-Power into himself. He was immediately transformed into a version of Captain Universe, then spent time with several alien women in respite. He was annoyed when he was summoned and he learned that the Silver Surfer was approaching the ship. He attacked, stating that Krosakis was unworthy of the cosmic energy he held, and they began trading cosmic blows in space. The ship was damaged beyond repair during the attack and went crashing to a planet below. Krosakis and Silver Surfer were also pulled below, easily surviving the heat of planetary reentry. They continued fighting and Krosakis was briefly knocked down by the Surfer's board. He then began to drain the Surfer's energy until the Surfer began offering it freely. Krosakis found himself incapable of holding that much energy and fell down, withered and empty of power. His captives all escaped, and Gladiator and Silver Surfer saved those on the ship from crashing. The crew and captives were freed and tended to medically, while Krosakis was taken by Gladiator into custody.
