History:
(Iron Man IV#2) - At a Stark International board meeting, Geoff struggled to get Tony Stark, who was only in attendance via communication from his plane, to pay attention. He introduced a new phone, the Stark Beam 01, they'd developed and were hoping to market, but Stark was distracted. Geoff again encouraged Stark to either be at their meetings or to relinquish the CEO position to someone else. He also reminded Stark that military money was their easiest source of income.
