History:  (Avengers I#207 (fb)) - At dawn, the U. S. Navy's Sixth Fleet (Capt. Garrison included) detected a city materializing out of thin air in the Mediterranean Sea. When they were sent to investigate, a tidal wave swallowed their aircraft carrier and deposited it several miles on top of an island.

 (Avengers I#207) - When Wonder Man and the Beast of the Avengers were sent to help the Sixth Fleet, Captain Garrison explained the situation to them.
