Powers/Abilities: She-Hulk had the same superhuman strength and durability that her Earth-616 counterpart, Jen Walters, had as the She-Hulk. She also had cybernetic arms and legs from the knee down. Her cybernetic arms could fire energy blasts from them and her cybernetic appendages more than likely had enhanced strength.

History:  (Marvel Universe Millennial Visions 2001 - "She-Hulk: Putting the 'She' in 'S.H.I.E.L.D.'" (fb) - BTS) - In 2040, Alice Farrell struggled through a life of limited resources and responsibilities. The survival of her family depending on her, Alice wandered the streets for food until she opened a trashcan that housed a unabomb that destroyed her arms and legs.  

 (Marvel Universe Millennial Visions 2001 - "She-Hulk: Putting the 'She' in 'S.H.I.E.L.D.'" (fb) - BTS) - Alice was found by agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., who replaced her missing limbs with 100% adamantium steel cybernetics. S.H.I.E.L.D. then bathed Alice's body in gamma rays, transforming her into the She-Hulk.

 (Marvel Universe Millennial Visions 2001 - "She-Hulk: Putting the 'She' in 'S.H.I.E.L.D.'") - S.H.I.E.L.D. used images of She-Hulk to create a commercial to bring more people to S.H.I.E.L.D. by showing them how they could unlock a person's potential.

S.H.I.E.L.D. was a government agency consisting of people harvested from the finest universities around the world. When Alice Farrell was injured by a unabomb, they rebuilt her missing limbs with cybernetics and used her as an icon to bring in new agents via advertisements.
