History:  (Amazing Spider-Man I#193) - When the King Tut Exhibit visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art, O'Neil and Jeffrey were two of the security guards working during the exhibit's tenure at the Museum. One day during the Exhibition, Spider-Man snuck into the Museum looking for his enemy, the Fly. A bystander quickly recognized Spider-Man, prompting Jeffrey to fire at Spider-Man with his gun. The Fly, who was actually already inside the museum in disguise, set off a bomb, leading Jeffrey to think Spider-Man detonated the bomb as well. Jeffrey then ordered O'Neil to stay put while he went to check out the explosion. With Jeffrey gone, the Fly revealed himself to O'Neil, who tried to pull out his gun. Before he could, however, the Fly knocked him out. The rest of the Metropolitan Museum of Art security team followed Spider-Man until he escaped through a window in pursuit of the Fly, who was revealed to them as the real culprit behind the explosion. When the Fly escaped and Spider-Man jumped away, one of the security guards commented to Jeffrey that he didn't like the way Spider-Man said he was tired of being everyone's fall guy.
