History: (Deadpool III#46) - Mr. Jambo, having let 'Mr. Kelly' move into a warehouse in the industrial section of Red hook on very short notice, called and said he was coming tomorrow for another installment of the down payment. He was very happy when he showed up and got fifty thousand dollars, but warned 'Kelly' not to forget the other three hundred grand he owed.

(Deadpool III#52) - Reading about murders in the newspaper, Mr. Jambo was happy he lived in the deserted industrial part of town away from people. 'Mr. Kelly' then showed up and paid the three hundred thousand dollars he owed on the warehouse. Jambo told him to enjoy his new home.

Mr. Jambo never knew that his tenant, Mr. Kelly was actually Deadpool, but since he kept everything low profile for him, he its likely he was aware that 'Kelly' was a criminal sort of some kind. Mr. Kelly is more than likely a reference to writer Joe Kelly who did the first thirty-three issues of Deadpool's series.

It's entirely possible that Wade found the warehouse Mr. Jambo was selling through his real-estate agent, Hayden.
