History: (Strange Tales I#95/2 (fb) - BTS) - An unidentified alien scout studied Earth's ways and languages.

(Strange Tales I#95) - As the unidentified alien's ship made its way towards Earth, its stabilizers went out. The ship lost all control and crashed. The alien emerged from the wreckage, horrifying the humans who witnessed the incident. Afraid of being caught, the Monster ran and went into hiding. Seeking to find a way to contact his fellow aliens, the creature searched for the nearest rocket set to be launched into space. He found and entered a large missile-shaped cylinder, but after he was locked inside, he realized there were no controls or oxygen supply. Unbeknownst to the alien, he had actually entered a time capsule, which was then set deep into the ground, not to be recovered for a thousand years. As the Monster's air supply gave out, it fell unconscious and apparently died.
