History: (Wha...Huh?/2) - When Bryan Hitch and Mark Millar took over working on Spider-Man, the series was cancelled and was intended to be resolicited at a later date. As Mark Millar pulled the board announcing the cancellation across the floor, he reminded Jim Mahfood not to forget to draw the particular panel that they existed within.

I'd like to place this Earth as a divergent one that diverged from some point
when Bryan Hitch and Mark Millar were not working on the Spider-Man comic
book. Perhaps this world has its own Marvel Comics business, like Earth-616,
and the two comic professionals worked at their world's Marvel Comics. Also,
since Mark reminded Jim to draw the panel that they existed within, perhaps
this world existed in the minds of another world's Mark Millar?
