History: (Wha...Huh?/17) - As Vaughanuatu the Watcher observed, Galactus began to have severe stomach aches. His herald, the Silver Surfer, asked what troubled him, to which Galactus replied that he had made a mistake by consuming Ego the Living Planet. The Surfer suggested ginger ale, but Galactus replied that not even his impenetrable Absorba-Shield would be able to contain his food much longer. The Silver Surfer faithfully told his master to hold tight while he found a suitable receptacle for Galactus to use when his food "escaped" from "downstairs." The Silver Surfer soon led Galactus to the Cosmic Bowl That Houses the Bottomless Black Vortex, which Galactus used like a gigantic space toilet. While Galactus enjoyed the Vortex, the Watcher known as Bendatu arrived and ordered Vaughanuatu to show some class and not let the viewers see such an unworthy tale. Vaughanuatu agreed to stop, but reminded Bendatu that he was about to miss the birth of the New Universe.

Earth-Galactus Got Food Poisoning should not be confused with:
BENDATU
Bendatu was a member of the cosmic race known as the Watchers, where he was their High Host. When fellow Watcher Vaughanuatu was observing Galactus with food poisoning, Bendatu warned his fellow Watcher to show some class.

VAUGHANUATU
Vaughanuatu was the Watcher who observed Galactus after he had consumed the Living Planet known as Ego. He was ordered to stop observing by Bendatu, High Host of the Watchers.
