Powers/Abilities: Deputy Dopey had no superhuman powers, but was skilled at blowing up balloons and being a coward.

History:  (Avengers I#199) - Deputy Dopey entertained a group of kids at the grand opening of a new Burger Trough restaurant in Long Island by blowing up balloons for them. As he blew up a blue one, he noticed the gigantic Red Ronin walking towards the restaurant from afar. Terrified, Deputy Dopey announced that the kid could blow up her own balloon and he cowardly ran off towards the Brooklyn suburbs.
