Powers/Abilities: Clancy was an experienced boxing trainer and manager.

History: (Combat Kelly and the Deadly Dozen#3 (fb)) - Clancy was the trainer of Michael Kelly, and was in his corner on the night in July, 1940 when Kelly faced Jake "the Snake" Cochran, who kept getting up when Kelly would beat him, until Kelly hit him so hard in the 10th round that Cochran died of brain damage.

Kelly was released by the military when they needed him to face the German boxer Karl Schroeder, and Schroeder tried to make Clancy convince Kelly to throw the fight. When Clancy and Kelly both refused him, Schroeder beat Kelly up. Nonetheless, Kelly faced him in the ring, and won the match by leaving his earlier injuries open, then striking Schroeder in the head for a KO.
