Powers/Abilities: Dr. Chandra is a skilled geneticist, nanotechnologist, and a fiercely competitive researcher.

History: (X-Force I#68 (fb)/X-Force I#69 (fb) - BTS) - The Damocles Foundation, through its Aguilar Institute arm, sent Dr. Joshua, Dr. Chandra and Dr. Ogada to awaken Ekatarina Gryaznova from her coma and arrange for her to be selected as one of Bastion's Prime Sentinels in Operation: Zero Tolerance so that they would have an agent within that organization.

(X-Force I#80 (fb)) - Dr. Chandra collaborated with Dr. Joshua and Dr. Ogada in the experiment Project 19, which resulted in the creation of Reignfire.

(X-Force I#68-69) - Dr. Chandra joined Dr. Joshua and Dr. Ogada in performing an operation on Domino for Ekatarina Gryaznova, planting a device into her nervous system. They also studied Operation: Zero Tolerance's captives Meltdown, Rictor and Shatterstar, but had to flee when X-Force came to their rescue.

(X-Force I#79) - When Dr. Chandra saw Dr. Joshua leaving the Damocles Foundation's base in Portland with a molecular disruptor, she asked him where he was going. He answered that he was headed to Las Vegas, and for her to tell their director he was taking "personal time."

(X-Force I#84) - Dr. Chandra reported to Odysseus Indigo on the defeat of Sword, who had tried to recover Arcadia Deville from his brother, Ulysses Dragonblood, only to be defeated by X-Force. Indigo suggested that it was time to either recruit X-Force or destroy them.

(X-Force I#96) - Dr. Chandra and Dr. Joshua brought the remains of Reignfire to Brazil to rendezvous with Indigo.

(X-Force I#97) - Dr. Chandra and Dr. Joshua prepared to graft Reignfire's remains into a Celestial Gatherer, using Reignfire as its new solar battery. Although Dr. Joshua was concerned that Reignfire was uncontrollable, Dr. Chandra assured Indigo that her nannite safeguards would place the Gatherer completely under their control. However, the Black Queen took over the Gatherer, and it was finally destroyed by Arcadia Deville and Moonstar of X-Force.
