AIRHEAD

Real Name: Unrevealed

Identity/Class: Human mutant/mutate

Occupation: Gang member, drug runner

Group Membership: Trash

Affiliations: Trash (Blasting Cap, Brute, Crazy Legs, Razor Cut), Garbage Man (former employer)

Enemies: Garbage Man, Power Pack

Known Relatives: Unnamed father

Aliases: None

Base of Operations: New York City

First Appearance: Power Pack I#31 (August, 1987)

Powers/Abilities: Airhead could cause her head to inflate with something lighter than air causing her to float. Her upward force was strong enough that she could lift heavy things (such as her teammate Brute). She was also able to control the direction she floated. Apparently she deflated her head by exhaling.

History: (Power Pack I#31) - With the rest of Trash, Airhead ran drugs for the Garbage Man. This led to a confrontation with Power Pack and a battle that destroyed a crackhouse.

(Power Pack I#32) - The Garbage Man beat up on Trash for their defeat and the destruction of the crackhouse, but then sent them on another mission. When Airhead spotted Power Pack following them, Crazy Legs suggested they bring them to Garbage Man's base so he and Trash could defeat them. Trash did knock the heroes out, but when Garbage Man ordered them to kill them, they refused. Garbage Man attacked Trash and, working with Power Pack, they took the Garbage Man out. After Garbage Man had vanished and his base was destroyed the heroes tried to convince Trash to turn away from crime, but they did not seem interested.

And when Trash showed up again in Chicago, neither Airhead nor Brute were still with the team. In that appearance the members who showed up were confirmed as mutants, so it's possible that is what Airhead was, but it isn't actually confirmed.

After Power Pack tried to convince Trash that they could turn their lives around just by choosing to, Airhead mused "Say 'no', huh? Th-they don't know m-my old man!" It's safe to assume that trouble at home is why Airhead joined the gang in the first place.
