History: (X-Men II#17 (fb, BTS))- The Russian intelligence agent Flagwatch #133 spent several years monitoring the Rasputin family on behalf of the government, disguised as a farmer. He spent most of his time monitoring Red Flag #133 (Illyana Rasputin), in the event that the state might need her abilities.
(X-Men II#17)- Flagwatch #133 took note when Colossus returned to visit his family, alongside the X-Men. He informed Colonel Alexi Vazhin, who determined to use Colossus and his friends against the Soul Skinner, who was plaguing the town of Neftelensk.
