History:
(Amazing Spider-Man III#9 (fb) - BTS) - In Reality-449, human colonies
were established on Earth's moon and one of the colonies was named New
Lunar
York and a park was established called Armstrong
Park in honor of the first man on the moon.
(Web-Warriors I#2 (fb)) - As a child growing up on the
moon, Max Dillon suffered through a troubled home life and he eventually
grew up to become a thief, stealing not only because he wanted to but
because he was tired of being poor.
(Amazing Spider-Man III#9 (fb) - BTS) - At some point, the
Daily Bugle newspaper began operations in New Lunar York, headed by J.J.
Jameson, and photographer Peter Parker started working for him while
secretly acting as the colony's heroic Spider Moon-Man.
(Web-Warriors I#2 (fb)) - Line worker Max Dillon was hit
with electricity during a power company accident, gaining the power to
wield electricity as the criminal Electro. Electro soon became a foe of
Spider Moon-Man.
(Amazing Spider-Man III#9) - Peter Parker was awakened at
5:59am by a phone call from a screaming Mr. Jameson, who ordered Parker
to New Lunar York's Armstrong Park, where a superhuman was tearing up
the place. Quickly hanging up the phone and donning his Spider Moon-Man
costume, Parker web-swung his way over to the Park to snap some photos
of the criminal.
(Amazing Spider-Man III#9 / Amazing Spider-Man III#13) -
Confronting the Earth-001 Inheritor Morlun,
Spider Moon-Man started with a wisecrack or two but Morlun immediately
pounced onto Spider Moon-Man, his hands getting around Spider Moon-Man's
neck. Unbeknownst to Spider Moon-Man, his arrival in Armstrong Park was
glimpsed in the Multiversal Web of Life and Destiny as the Inheritors
discussed their perceived failings with their father, Lord Solus, on
Earth-001.
(Web-Warriors I#2 (fb)) - Figuring Spider Moon-Man
wouldn't recognize him in his civilian clothes, Max Dillon was out
getting a hot dog when he noticed Spider Moon-Man battling Morlun in
Armstrong Park.
(Amazing Spider-Man III#9 / Web-Warriors I#2 (fb)) - When Morlun noted that he had done this a thousand times on a thousand Earths, unaware that Max Dillon could make out some of what he was saying from afar, Spider Moon-Man managed to murmur that they weren't on Earth before Morlun snapped the hero's neck and fed on the totemic energy within.
(Web-Warriors I#2 (fb)) - Witnessing Spider Moon-Man's
death, Max Dillon became obsessed with the idea of multiple worlds and
determined to acquire some of the Multiversal power that Morlun seemed
to possess. Having learned how to sense certain electromagnetic
signatures, Electro brought the Multiversal information to someone
smarter than himself and had him design a gauntlet that would allow
Multiversal travel before killing the smarter man and departing
Reality-449 to seek out a world without superhumans that he could rule.
Electro-449 eventually met Mike Dillon of Earth-1082, who used the
Multiversal frequency known by Electro-449 to create an army of Electro
counterparts called the Electro-Verse and he established a base on
Earth-449's moon, soon becoming the electrical being called the Battery
and demoting Electro-449 down to guard duty.
(Web-Warriors I#2) - Tired of guard duty and feeling as if he were stuck in another dead end situation, Electro-449 revealed his origins to the Electro-Verse's captive, Earth-65's Spider-Woman, and when Spider-Woman-65 offered to help Electro-449 take down the Battery by using her dimensional travel watch, Electro-449 lead her to the Battery's base in Reality-449. As Electro-449 and Spider-Woman-65 emerged from a dimensional portal inside the Battery's base, Electro-449 remarked on the nerve the Battery had, taking his world of Reality-449 away from him as another slap in the face. Still thinking Mike Dillon to be a suit-and-tie CEO type per Electro-449's description, Spider-Woman-65 knocked out Electro-449 and prepared to take down Mike Dillon-1082 herself, only to realize he had been transformed into an entirely electrical being.
(Web-Warriors I#3) - From his base in Reality-449, the
Battery commended Spider-Woman-65 on finding the base, relating his
origins as a hivemind and gloating about how his housing area was built
to withstand an asteroid strike. Realizing the windows in the base were
still ordinary glass, Spider-Woman-65 shattered the glass, causing a
vacuum that also shattered the Battery's containment unit.
(Web-Warriors I#5) - Once the Web-Warriors realized they
could delete the Battery's hivemind with the help of Earth-1104's
Octavia Otto, Octavia, Spider-Woman-65 and Earth-3145's Spider-Man (Ben
Parker) traveled to the Battery's base in Reality-449, where they
confronted the Battery. Electro-449, tired of being punched around by
the Web-Warriors, zapped Octavia. In turn, Spider-Woman-65 and
Spider-Man-3145 managed to shunt the Battery from Reality-449 into the
prison area on Earth-803, where the the other Web-Warriors were battling
the trapped Electro-Verse agents.

The divergent point of this reality would have been the point in which human colonies were established on the moon.
J.J. Jameson's full name is likely John Jonah Jameson, like his Earth-616 counterpart, but the most we ever got in his appearances were his last name and the initials of his first and middle names.

Armstrong Park was a public park in the heart of New Lunar York on Earth-449's moon. When the Earth-001 Inheritor Morlun arrived in Reality-449, he appeared in Armstrong Park and Spider Moon-Man arrived shortly after to confront the villain. Unable to withstand Morlun's fierce attacks, Spider Moon-Man was killed when Morlun snapped his neck and feed on his totemic energy beneath the Armstrong Park statue.
J.J. Jameson was the head of the Daily Bugle newspaper,
whose offices were located in the New Lunar York colony of Earth-449's
moon. When the Earth-001 Inheritor Morlun appeared in Armstrong Park,
Jameson phoned photographer Peter Parker and ordered him to get down to
Armstrong Park to snap some pictures.
--Amazing Spider-Man III#9
New Lunar York was a human colony on Earth-449's moon. The Daily Bugle
newspaper eventually made their base of operations there and a park was
established called Armstrong Park. A thriving city existed in New Lunar
York and the villainous Electro was buying a hot dog from a vendor there
when Earth-001 Inheritor Morlun killed Spider Moon-Man.
