Powers/Abilities: Makowski's true form was that of a brain with a cybernetic eye and small rockets attached on the side with cybernetic parts at the brainstem that allowed her to connect herself to a humanoid looking robot body she usually inhabited. She could control said robot body through this connection like a normal human body, but it was stronger, likely lacked physical sensation, including pain, and was more resistant to damage than an average human body though far from indestructible. She could detach herself from her robot body at any time and leave it by opening up the faceplate and just fly out.
The materials her robot body was made of are unknown, but it looked female and possessed all the features, as far as we could see, that made it resemble a human, except for its obvious metallic-looking skin. Her robot body's eyes were probably actually functioning and connected to her brain because her brain's actual artificial eye was completely covered most of the time. The robot body's eye color changed for unknown reasons, but it was probably part of a feature and not a bug.
In her robot body she was a veritable combatant and skilled swordswoman while using a katana. It is unknown how and when she acquired those skills.
She could physically connect herself to other machines by wires attached through the back of her skull, presumably directly to her brain. She could also download data into her brain through a disc reader in her robot body's arm.
She possessed a psychic connection to the Brainframe, which kept other beings docile through neural units she had attached to their skulls.
She considered all her creations and all those enslaved through neural units her children. Many even called her Mother.

History:
(Werewolf by Night III#2) - In her office at Life Pharmaceuticals
Headquarters Dr. Makowski was informed by Hadley Wagner that the new
security team was sent out to capture the Werewolf (Gomez). Makowski
liked that the Werewolf had become bolder and ordered to find him.
(Werewolf by Night III#3 - BTS) - Lady Hedge ordered Mr. Gnoll to pick up Whiptail and get back to Mother (Makowski) after the latter got tranquilized by JJ during an attack by Hedge's team on the local police station to get their hands on Werewolf. The attack turned out to be nothing more than a diversion while Werewolf's Granny Rora got kidnapped by mercenaries and taken to Life Pharmaceuticals to lure Werewolf there.
(Werewolf by Night III#3) - Hadley informed Makowski, who was attached with cables to a machine, that both teams had been successful in their missions and that Granny Rora and the Werewolf had both been caught. Makowski was impressed by how Hadley had figured out that Jake Gomez was the Werewolf and while Jake was already set up in a tank by the techs, she also wanted Granny Rora to be ready for infusions. Makowski anticipated the future this experiment would bring for all her children (everyone under her control) and already considered to turn Jake into one of her children as well.
(Werewolf by Night III#4) - Makowski and Hadley looked through a window in her office, down on the dozens of tanks filled with kidnapped victims that were intended for experimentation, including Jake and his grandmother.
(Werewolf by Night III#4 - BTS) - Aided by the troubled superhuman youth Pathmind, Red Wolf and JJ broke into Life Pharmaceuticals to save Jake and everyone else kidnapped by Makowksi.
(Werewolf by Night III#4) - Hadley brought his team of mercenaries, who were ready for the trial tests, to Makowski. She thanked them for capturing the Werewolf and promised to make them the first to evolve into a new species adapted to the changing environment created by technology after the synthetic analysis of the serum created by her techs was completed.
Makowski felt when Red Wolf attached a skeleton key that would allow Pathmind to hack into the living digital brain and ordered Hadley to send Lady Hedge and her team after the infiltrators and keep them from shutting down the protocols that allowed Makowski to control everyone. Hadley hit a nerve when he called the digital brain, the Brainframe, and was reminded by Hadley not to do that. She asked the mercenaries to stand by and protect her while she finished the sequencing for her concoction.
(Werewolf by Night III#4 - BTS) - Red Wolf and JJ fought Lady Hedge, Mr. Gnoll and Whiptail until Pathmind shut down the Brainframe, effectively eliminating Makowski's control over Hedge and her team, who finally remembered that they were experimented on against their will as well. Red Wolf revealed that the woman behind their suffering was Dr. Eve Makowski, who ran the facility, and Hedge and her team were ready to aid Red Wolf in stopping her before more would suffer like them.
(Werewolf by Night III#4) - Makowski freaked out when Jake's tank suddenly unlocked. She told the mercenaries to get ready for their injections and ordered Hadley to prepare the helicopter for departure while she downloaded all her work so that she could finish it somewhere else. Makowski handed over four syringes to the mercenaries and gave them the choice to inject themselves with the finished serum while she took care of Hedge and her team, who angrily confronted her. She thanked Hedge and her team for their aid, even though they had been forced to work for Makowski, because without them Life Pharmaceuticals would not have come that far with the serum. She assured Hedge and her team that they were still part of the future she sought, but Hedge and her team wanted nothing to do with Makowski anymore. Makowski pulled out her katana to face off with Hedge and her team, whom she really didn't want to kill because she still considered them a great accomplishment. Makowski was forced to fight them and severely injured Hedge before she came face to face with Werewolf (Jake Gomez) after he defeated Russ, who had been turned into a werewolf as well by Makowski's serum. Makowski stabbed Werewolf through the shoulder while he punched right through her body. Makowski's face opened and revealed a brain with a cybernetic eye. The brain was propelled by small rockets from the robotic skull and escaped to the helicopter that fled the facility.
Makowski soon entered a new robot body in a facility in Mexico and was ready to continue her work.

Makowski was a brain with cybernetic parts in a robot body, but the origin of the brain is unknown. Maybe she was human once, but that doesn't feel right considering Makowski's obvious feeling of kinship to the Brainframe. We don't know the origin of Brainframe either, but it seemed to me that it was an artificially grown brain. Source of the DNA used to grow it? Unknown! Likely human, but we don't know for sure. They could be alien or machines that merged with living tissue of some kind that only copied the appearance of a human brain.
Makowski's relation to Brainframe is also a mystery. Parent? Child? Sibling? Just the same origin?
I know that Life is not an uncommon name used for corporations, but could there be a connection between Life Pharmaceuticals and the Life Foundation, who really like to experiment on alien symbiotes?
Somebody should bring back insane doom prepper cyborg lady! Taboo is still doing stuff for Marvel from time to time, correct?
