Powers/Abilities: The Man from Lamarie was a skilled gunslinger and mechanical horse rider. His pistols could shoot knock out gas, and, presumably, either lasers or bullets too. He rode a mechanical horse.

History:
(Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers#2
(fb) - BTS) - The Man from Lamarie was a wanted outlaw on the
planet Barossa, a world that was not part of the League of Planets, and
thus outwith Galaxy Ranger jurisdiction. Wanting to claim the bounty and
take revenge on the Rangers, the villainous space pirate Captain Kidd
kidnapped the Ranger Shane "Goose" Gooseman and, using fabricated
retinal records, convinced Barossan authorities that Goose was the Man
from Lamarie after undergoing Nu-Face surgery.
(Adventures of the
Galaxy Rangers#2) - Unimpressed after hearing Kidd had handed
"him" over, the real Man from Lamarie ambushed the pirate, gassed him
unconscious, and stole the bounty and Goose's Galaxy Ranger badge off
the slumbering corsair. Coming across some of Goose's colleagues, who
had come to Lamarie to plead Goose's innocence, the Man claimed he had
come across a badge just like theirs and threw them Goose's badge. This
enabled the other Rangers to get the badge to Goose just in time, as he
was in the middle of a trial by gunfight, which the badge's force field
function allowed him to win. The Man meanwhile rode off into the sunset
without identifying himself.
